Insacal Conductivity
Validate and calibrate your inline conductivity sensors directly in production — without stopping the process, removing sensors, or introducing uncertainty. InsaCal Conductivity provides fast, precise, and fully traceable calibration for both low and high conductivity applications.
Insacal Flow Rig
Flow meters are found in every production facility from water utility to pharmaceutical and are essential to control production or dosing products in batches. To ensure flow meters are measuring accurately they need to be calibated, however this can be a time-consuming proces- The in-line Insacal Flow Calibration Rig can help you save time and money by calibrating directly in your process.
Insacal Pressure Rig
The calibration rig is the cost effective alternative to traditional calibration of transmitters in the laboratory. Also interesting is the fact that cross contamination is eliminated when calibrating on-site.
The pressure calibration rig was developed in close co-operation with a customer using past experience with special focus on operating costs, user friendliness, accuracy and documentation.
Insacal Batch Rig
Using load cells to gauge tank levels is common practice in many production facilities. But calibrating the tanks can be time-consuming, because you have to manually place several hundred kilograms of weights on the sides of the tank. The Insacal Batch Rig fills the tank with precise quantities of water, making calibration as easy as pressing a button.
