Based on the needs assessment, we develop a solution concept that clarifies available options, technologies, and integration requirements. Where relevant, we can also deliver a Proof of Concept to demonstrate functionality and reduce technical risk before final design.

3. Design and Engineering

Once the concept is approved, our specialists develop a detailed design that includes:

Documentation in accordance with GMP, GAMP, and qualification requirements

4. Testing, Validation, and Documentation

All solutions undergo a comprehensive testing and validation process, including:

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at Insatech
Site Acceptance Test (SAT) at your site
Calibration, commissioning, and performance testing
Delivery of IQ/OQ/PQ documentation as required

We ensure that the solution complies with applicable regulatory requirements and is fully ready for operation in your GMP environment.

5. Installation, Commissioning, and Training

We manage installation, commissioning, and training of your personnel. Our technicians ensure that the solution performs optimally from day one and provide all necessary instructions and operating procedures.
