Many of the instruments we receive for calibration or repair have been used with substances that can be harmful to touch. That is why it is essential that you complete our contamination declaration - this ensures our staff remain safe.

By filling out the contamination declaration, you help us protect our employees from exposure to substances that may be toxic, corrosive, or otherwise hazardous to health.

The declaration must be completed every time

As a rule, the contamination declaration must be filled out each time you send an instrument to us. In the declaration, you provide information on how any hazardous substances can be removed prior to repair or calibration. Of course, we also have the proper facilities to safely handle this cleaning according to regulations.
