Insacal Conductivity is your way to a fast and reliable calibration. Its intuitive user interface enables you to conduct efficient calibrations you can trust.

Fast and easy calibration

Insacal Conductivity Meter is very easy to use - simply bring it to the instrument you want to calibrate, connect it to a power supply (if you use Handheld og Pro with battery: Turn it on), and place the electrode in the flow fitting, a beaker, or a calibration tank, depending on your preferred calibration method.

Calibration setups

  • On-line (closed loop): For on-line calibration, you connect the flow fitting to a test valve close to the UUT (Unit Under Test), place the electrode in the flow fitting, and wait for the measurement to stabilise. You then compare the readings of Insacal Conductivity Meter with those of the UUT.

  • Beaker calibration: For beaker calibration, place the electrodes of both the Insacal and the UUT in a stirred vessel or container, allow the measurements to stabilise, and then perform the comparison. This method is recommended only for calibration points above 5 µS/cm.

  • Loop calibration: With Insacal T9 Calibration Tank, you can place several UUTs in the tank and use the T9’s built-in circulation pump to flow the calibration solution through the Insacal flow fitting. This setup also enables calibration at the lowest conductivity ranges.
