Insacal Flow Rig was originally developed in cooperation with a Danish pharmaceutical company that required a modernized, fully documented solution to replace an outdated system.

Insacal Flow Rig connects directly to the Unit Under Test (UUT) via existing pipework using either flanges or Tri-clamps. Once connected and supplied with power, the rig is ready to begin calibration.

It is delivered fully tested, calibrated, and ready for use with a documentation package tailored to your compliance needs.
As a benchmark, the flow calibration rig can calibrate a water flow ranging from 5 to 40,000 kg/h at a pressure of up to 5 bars and temperature of up to 40 °C. Ambient temperature must be between +10 °C and 40 °C. The rig needs a power supply of 400 VAC, 16 A. Other design parameters can be specified.
The flow calibration rig can be delivered with a traceable DANAK accreditation with an inaccuracy of less than 0.3 % of the measured value.
