Service and Support of your Insacal Flow Rig

Insacal Flowrig is supported throughout its lifetime with clearly defined service, maintenance, and traning options.
Our service and support offering is design to ensure reliable operation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and predictable maintenance costs.

Maintenance is limited to a yearly inspection of critical parts, e. g. motor, pump, and the flow meter needs to be calibrated once a year. We can also offer training in the use of the Flow Calibration Rig as part of the delivery. If you choose to sign a service agreement with us, we will perform maintenance on the rig and ensure it functions correctly. Furthermore we will take responsibility for timely calibration of it.

Minimal Maintenance

The Flow Calibration Rig is developed for pharmaceutical use and is therefore designed for easy maintenance and cleaning, which can be carried out in accordance with industry standards.
Maintenance is limited to an annual inspection of critical parts (e.g. motor and pump), and we recommend calibrating the rig once a year.
Maintenance requirements and recommended spare parts may vary depending on the specifications but will always be described in the supplied documentation.

Service and Support When you Need It

We understand that the after-sales experience is an important part of your overall product satisfaction. That’s why we have a well-staffed service department ready to assist you should any issues arise.
Repairs can be carried out either on-site or at our workshop, depending on what is most suitable in the given situation.
 
The rig is built using standard components, which makes spare parts easy to obtain. If you choose to sign a service agreement with us, we will carry out maintenance on the rig and ensure that it functions correctly. Furthermore, we will take responsibility for its timely calibration.

Furthermore, the training is tailored to your specific working conditions, ensuring that you gain the greatest possible benefit.
